Refund, Return & Shipping Policy

All digital products, including the Minnesota POA Handbook and online resources, are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital downloads, once access has been granted or a file has been delivered, returns and refunds cannot be issued.

For physical products, shipping and delivery policies apply. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out so we can assist you.

We are not responsible for shipping delays or delivery issues caused by carriers, or for orders impacted by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.

These situations are not covered under our digital product refund policy or physical product return policy.
